Our team is well travelled, and these adventures have taken a strong influence in bringing exciting and varying flavours to our tables. One morning you could be indulging in a taste of a Costa Rican Gallo Pinto for breakfast, and returning to a Greek Spring Salad, Aubergine & Lentil Moussaka followed by a Sticky Toffee Pudding. Rest assured it will be warming, healthy & tantalising for the taste buds.
- BREAKFAST -
Start the day well with a full continental selection, a hot cooked option and a porridge bar. There will always be loads of fruit on offer with juices and freshly ground coffee to get you ready for riding.
- AFTERNOON TEA -
Following your epic day of riding return to a homemade cake and a range of drinks. For those wanting a post-skiing beer the bar will be open from 5PM and you can recline into a comfy sofa and chat about your epic day.
- DINNER -
The evening meal is a very social affair with simple, wholesome and healthy dishes from around the world served up by our chef. Fun and full of flavour, served in a family style, with drinks available as an extra. Please note, dinner is served 6 nights a week, with one day off for the staff.
