With a vibrant atmosphere and deeply sowed ski and snowboarding culture, this beautiful settlement has something to offer everyone. If you’re in search of waist deep powder, killer snowparks, amazing après and nightlife, or quite simply some of the coolest shops in the industry, you’ll find them all waiting for you here.
Playing host to some the largest global events on both Olympic and Freestyle levels, Meribel certainly lives up to its reputation as one of the best snowboard resorts in the world. Connected to Courchevel and Val Thorens, the infamous Three Valleys is the largest connected ski area in the world. Rest assured you can shred this playground endlessly and never get bored.

This is a sweet place to call home, and through Ticket to Ride you will thrive amongst its friendly seasonnaire community and bustling winter scene.
Meribel is in the centre of the 3 Valleys, the largest interconnected ski area in the world.
The Meribel valley has some very varied riding with good beginner slopes around the Altiport area, extending to varied Blue and Red runs on both sides of the valley for more intermediate levels. For those of you pursuing advanced riding, head to Mont Vallon at the top end of the valley. Offpiste wise, the Loze sector offers amazing tree riding during snowfall, and when the sun is shining the west side of the valley from Tougnette to Mont Vallon gives world class powder turns. Of special note is the area off the Olympic Lift with unbelievable descents down to La Raffort and Les Allues.
For those wishing to head further afield the Courchevel Valley is known as one of the worlds best resorts with awe-inspiring peaks and couloirs down to amazing tree runs like Folieres in La Tania. Piste Creux offers one of the widest and longest Blue runs in the mountain range, we highly recommend first tracks down this one. For those looking for a chilled out session, best to head for the rolling terrain of 1650, or if you want to challenge yourself to some of the most iconic rides of the Alps hiking the peaks and couloirs of Courchevel is a must.
On the other side is the Belleville Valley with the resorts of Saint-Martin, Les Menuires and Val Thorens. The Belleville Valley contains a huge amount of terrain for all Levels with plentiful off-piste from Jersusalem powder fields to Orelle. Of special note is the area of La Masse in Les Menuires which stays quiet even on the busiest weeks and offers awesome riding both on and off-piste.
The 3 Valleys has cracking freestyle with a number of parks for different levels. In Meribel there are two main parks with the Moon Park catering for Beginner & Intermediate Riders whereas the iconic DC Park allows the most professional of riders to send it to the skies. If you wish to travel further afield, there are parks in Courchevel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires, along with magnificent natural terrain in La Tania, Loze, Petit Alaska, Marioland and Orelle.
If split boarding and hiking are more your scene, then the 3 Valleys is the place to be. The fringes of the 3 Valleys offers spectacular tours with Les Avals, the Bourne Glacier and La Masse offering the sort of classic routes that will blow your mind and give you some tales for Apres.
Above all, you must remember that in the 3 Valleys all this is available on your doorstep.
